Spewed its brake fluid all over the road from the OS rear caliper.
Only last month I stretched £170 to get a brake/aircon service.
Any idea's on what might have happened, whether the garage can be blamed, more importantly will my warranty cover me?
Maybe only covered a 200 miles or so since the brakes were serviced!!
Aaaaah min!!!!
Stay away from BMW's/Mini's there absolute headaches!!!!

Not fastened the bleed nut correctly or banjo if removed?. For that short a mileage covered since service I'd be deffo going back for a word. Make sure it's cleaned off any wheel, paintwork if splashed pronto

Just had a 'shit ma wheels!!!' moment. Thanks for that.
It was on the wheels a bit (3 coats of poorboys wheel sealent on those) & splashed all over the bottom of the car, inner arch & exhaust!!
You think its likely that they have blead it via that nipple on the rear OS then & not refitted it correctly?

yeah the earlier ones had all them problems, probably why the R56 came out
I had electric issues with mine after a mishap and they sorted it out under warranty.

PS issues have been reported by watchdog, theyve been failing, throwing owners into the curb & even catching fire & still Mini claim theres no fault worthy of a recall!!

I had my brake pads fall out on my Clio while Approaching a roundabout on a motorway! Scary stuff!
So the tard that serviced your brakes didnt do the bleed nipple up?
iirc the nipple furthest away from the master cylinder should have been used to bleed the brakes. Im not sure where the master cyl is on the E46 but it sounds like its a fault from the service!

That's the first nipple you do Mike then move towards the cylinder one to finish.

I always thought it was furthest away for bleeding.
