iv broken 2 small block short shafts in 2 days!!!!

is there any difference in the small block shaft family? i.e 1.2 8v to 1.6 16v? all i can think is that iv lowered it to low for the shaft to take!?

has any one els come across this problem?

is there a minimum of how low you can go on the corsa b?

its only a little bit lower than a 60mm drop!

or could it just be crappy old shafts, ??????

any help thanks
