Very unlikely unless its a very picky tester.
As long as it doesn't fall apart if he taps it with a hammer, you should be reet.

How much did you pay for that?
Looks like the paint was broken at the same time they crashed into whatever has bent the sill.

Did she mention an accident when you were robbed of your money and given that car? As the sill looks dented to buggery.

You've been done will, no mot and its been crashed into something at least once, worth about 1/10 what you paid.

That'd be called a scrap yard Will. Would still work out cheaper to find a good nick black door there than to get a bodyshop to sort yours imo.

The door corrosion there isn't a fail unless its sharp to the touch.
The sill worries me more, particularly as there's a seatbelt mounting on the side not too far away. I'm guessing its drivers side near the front by looking at the jacking point but its still a structural bit of the car and you can't generally have it flat like that and still expect it to offer the same level of strength.
Out of interest did you see the fail sheet? Cars without MOT generally don't have them because they've failed badly and the owners sell at a loss to someone who assumes it'll be minor and somehow OK.

Continuing from what Ian said... Other owners sell the car with very short mot as they know it'll fail and cost a whack
