You'll need a sender for the oil temp guage, which will fit into a sandwich plate onto the oil filter, failing that a sump plug with a threaded hole could be used.
The volt gauge will need to have a switched live to the red wire (from headunit maybe??) and earthed (usually to negative terminal on battery, or headunit earth)....
The other wires need to be connected to the battery itself to get a reading. + / -
The air/ratio will need to be connected to the lamba sensor wires usually. Id use a scotch block and splice into it, and then use insulating tape to well insulate it
Oh and all gauges will need to be connected to switched live to illuminate them in dark, or be connected to the sidelight circuit

I have my volt gauge wired to a permanent live. Makes no difference except I can see the reading with ignition off.
And don't use scotch locks, Especially on something exposed to the elements. Solder them up and tape them well.
