Bexley Trading Standards Team is aware of a bogus website allegedly located in Crayford that offers low-priced electrical equipment and accessories.
www.buygreendot.com claims to be based in Bourne Road Crayford but the address is false and the telephone number given is in fact a local private residence.
The appropriate authorities have been alerted but in the meantime, Trading Standards' advice is don't place any orders on the website and don't give your credit or debit card details.
Rather than take money from customers' accounts, it appears that the aim of the website is to gather personal information during the registration process - presumably in order to engage in identity theft.
If you have given your details on this website you should notify your bank and card issuer as soon as possible and inform them that you suspect that you may have been a victim of identity theft. Further information regarding identity theft is available at http://www.identitytheft.org.uk/default.asp.

Infact I dare others to try it to laugh
VISA card number has to be 16 numbers long, starting with 4019
Trail it with 12 random numbers, random security number, and random expiry
Also, make sure you put a load of crap in for the address!
