TBH it depends what american car it is, if it was an old 68 mustang fastback that would be as it is a known beast and isn't that big.

cool, not a fan of that particular one u posted, but old muscle cars have more road prescence and sound better than anything else on the road!

Its all about the shows with these cars, they're not everyday cars and they're not that quick and they handle like shit. But for posing and roadtrips they're full of win.

That's not retro Adam, it's old. And yes I would, given the opportunity and the funding. I'd probably opt for a nice white Hemi Challenger though.
