I've been trying to connect my 5800 to my orange livebox. my phone asks for a pre shared kep for WLAN. I entered my secerity code off of the bottom of my livebox but it just says unable to connect, invalid wpa pre shared key.
Any help appreciated

Do you mean 'key' or 'WEP'? Have you gone into http://192.168.1.1 and got the key from there?

Then click on 'Security' followed by 'Wireless Connection' then you will see your key, around 26 characters long. Try using that one instead

I've gpot mine connected to my Virgin wireless and it connects to my dads livebox when I'm at theirs. Both paired without any problems so thinking it must be the wrong code your using.

No worries. Whilst you're in the configuration pages you can also change the default password and the SSID (what the livebox is called on the network) to make it harder to hack into.
