Does anyone else suffer from this? Physically i'm fine but mentally i feel fucked. Screen begining to blur, can't be bothered to even empty the washer. Know if i go and watch TV / read a book i'll be a sleep within 10 minutes. If i went to bed i'd not wake until 6.45 when the alarm goes off and be fresh as a daisy.
Had 14 hrs sleep last night and woke once for a drink.
I do actually exercise now as well, in and out of the office all the time.

Not really, have meat and veg at least 3 times a week. Eat a few apples and enjoy a glass of pure orange.
Just had a jacket potato and some ham, chicken sandwich for lunch and one of those breakfast bars. Some chick sent me some choclates at work so had a few of those.
I really don't think it's normal feeling the way i do most evenings. I'd say 1 out of 14 days i make it through the evening doing what i want to do because i feel up to it.
Had tests blood tests done, suger levels were ok and throxine ok. Blood presure was a little high which i was meant to get monitored but it's taking time off work that's the problem there.
Now at the state of just feeling drunk, can't think or anything

You don't need to have time off work to monitor your blood pressure, not sure where you have got that from.

tbh you need the time to have the monitor fitted/taken off.

I try and mix it a little, couple of meat and potato pies, fish (boxed stuff as the real fish smell make me physically be sick), curry and beans at least 4 tins of beans a week - just love beans; etc. May have a take away once a week now as it's usually just cheap shite they feed you.
I'm not depressed or nothing, actually quite happy with life. Decent job, even with half decent pay now, company car etc. Got some decent mates

They have ones that do it automatically every hour. They wouldn't use them anyway, they wouldn't need to monitor it in that way anyway unless investigating the possibility of some odd condition.

I know, my Dad's had them on countless times over the last 20yrs.
You still need the time off to go and get it fitted, then go and get it taken off, then go for the results.

Lack of iron. You need to be eating more fruit and veg, a few times a week doesn't really cut it.

I'm the same but I can sleep for 12 hours straight, wake up and then feel tired still.
I do exercise most days but my diet is mainly cereals, bread, rice. too tied to cook veg. rice in a pan for 20 min.
