Looks like Kroenke is about to attempt to take over the club. I don't know what to make of it. Slightly worried that hes going to try and take over the club.
The fact that at the general meeting he refused to comment what his itentions are really make you wonder.

He couldnt legally comment on it, as coming out and saying yes would mean he had to make an offer, but not saying anything was as good as saying yes.
He seems to be edging ever closer, the thing is, when he makes an offer so will Usmanov - which is his legal right, so it's going to be interesting times.

Not at all, Kroenke has nearly 30%, Usmanov has only 26% (ish), Kroenke has to make an offer but won't get any further as the remainign board memebers won't sell out to him

If Kroenke makes an offer then other shareholders are entitled to match (or better?) that offer.

Id heard something about that before, years ago in Uni when I wasnt listening, but it was spoken about on SSN the other day when you had that shareholders meeting.

You sure on that? Just found out Fiszman is the one who has been selling him these shares that he has been using to up his stake

He is now up to 29.9%, just needs .09% to then have to launch his takeover attempt.
Oh, and Peter Hill-wood sold him 100 shares to get him up to that amount, so much for the directors not selling to him

Basically yeah, although I wouldnt mind betting he'll increase his holding to over 50%.
