Some may have read my post about a 2nd laptop drive.

Well, I ordered it and it arrived only to find that it has a different bloody connector than the laptop has. The original has push down connectors on, the new one has touch contact connectors on it

Is there an external adapter available so I could use it as an external drive? Don't think I could send it back now I cut open the antistatic bag it came in

can you get pics, of the new drive (and old if possible) and laptop connectors?
You sure you haven't ordered a sata drive instead of an IDE (or visa versa)?

£36 fucking quid! Fuck that for a game of soldiers, I paid that for the drive itself!

I'll just chuck the 320gb into my PS3 instead I think.
