A woman called up earlier kicking off with a lass because she has to go to store at midnight to pick her copy up and her friends got their copies today. Had she ordered online it would have been delivered today. In the end she went through to a supervisor and the woman was balling her eyes out saying she was going to trading standards and that she would get the press to print a story about how evil we were.
