I agree with above tbh.

Otherwise high iso, low f number and slowish shutter speed or one of those variations.

Stick it on P, it does most of it for you but you can change the iso etc

id say shutter priorty, iso100 and a tripod and use the 5 sec timer.

If your going to be taking people then your screwed unless you have an external flash TBH. Use rear curtin sync fi you do have one.
