wouldnt the vibrations crack the fibreglass after a while? what about just layering the wheel well with sound deadening and using it that way?

sound deadining is not sound enough,
u need somethin more solid, and fibreglass wont crack from sub vibrations!!

no fibreglass wont crack, although a few layers would be needed.

To make a Fibreglass box in the wheel well, mask he entire well off and rip an old T-shirt open. Rub a load of resin into the T-shirt so it's contoured into the well. Once it's dried, take it out and start building up the layers with resin and glass matting. Use an 18mm MDF board for the front.
