Just rest them for a bit, if possible get something cold and put them over closed eyes for 15mins or so.

i get them really bad, usually if i dont sleep much or if i drink or if i drive in my car with the heaters on blowing at me, i find cold air gets rid of red eys, so go outside for a bit etc.

I got some eye drop things for my eyes, it says on the back 'use up to 4 times a day - dont use every day'
So could i use them twice every day?
