I ate cheese before bed and ended up sleep walking and having a punch up with my wardrobe. True story.

I got given Tamazepam at the hospital once as a sleeping tablet, that caused some fucked up shit. I woke up and the roof tiles started spinning and merging into each other and shit

Depends what cheese it is but I have had nightmares before from eating cheese shortly before bed.

Recently had a really really nice burger with some very strong Stilton on it only about an hour before going to bed. Was boiling hot and waking up like I was having nightmares all night

Maybe it was the fact I regularily mixed it with alcohol... almost daily I took a total of 140 of the buggers... I swear I've been left with permanent side effects as a result...
