I use one CraigW recommended for pre-bed, its Boditronics Midnight Express.

Which flavour did you get? I got the banana one and love it.

I use the chocolate for the Midnight Express. Currently using strawberry & cream for the Express Whey.

I havent tried their express whey, is it as good as their midnight express? If so I'll probably move on to that once my current whey runs out.

It's equally as tasty, probably better due to the variety of flavours available. Cant beat Boditronics for taste.

I've used the Boditronics before and was impressed, I used the Mass Attack one first, then the Express Whey, both good, rich chocolate is nice.

He should do if his diet around it is how it should be, and he is training hard, the stuff Cosmo and Craig mentioned has L-G in it.
