Once I get my new BMW 'vert I will be getting it wrapped to see what it looks like, seems to be a big thing at the moment and my mate has his own company doing them. If you are interested, take a look

Vinyl wrapping is only for company cars and people who want to look cool on the internet.

It will only look good in pictures and from a distance.

Tbh it will look worse than the cheapest of resprays. It will scratch more easily than a rattle can spray job. It will look terrible in door openings and under the bonnet. It will never be shiny. You will get overlaps where the side panels meet the pillars. It will be too expensive.

There's not many good reasons to go for a vinyl wrap other than to protect the paint job. And if the paint job is worth protecting, it's worth showing off.

One of the CEO's at work has his Mercedes S Class Vinyl-Wrapped in Carbon Fibre style stuff, looks fantastic
