Replaced the wheel on the Belingo after a blow out. However, tyre is 175/65/14 and the other 3 165/65/14 - will this be an issue when it comes to the MOT?

unless u matched the other side to the same tyre then it will be ok i think.

yeah tyres need to be same width, size and profile per axle.
