Got a phone interview with Vodafone tomorrow over the phone, and they have said I will be needing to do a bit of role play during this interview. I have been given some background on the role I need to be playing.

Just wondering if anyone here has done anything similar and is able to maybe give me a few tips?

They'll give you a problem to see your logic then turn into an irate customer at a guess.

As long as you have a tiny tiny bit of common sense and empathise with the customer, then eventually say you'll escalate it you'll get the job.
