Anybody ever used a neck harness in gaining a bigger neck.
been reading up on the stone cold steve austin article in the muscle magazine and said he got his big neck using the neck harness everyday

some guy had one of these in the gym a while back, everyone just stared at him, don't see the point in wanting a big neck tbh?

Working your traps with upright rows and shrugs etc. will give you a thicker neck, don't need this sort of thing.

im already a 18 inch neck but looking for a 19-20 inch neck

Neck training is a bit hit and miss. but heavy sled pulling and deadlifts help.
Also when busting out the big lifts, grit your teeth as hard as possible. Adds extra rigidity to your torso, gives an added strength boost and trains your neck muscles.
there really is no need for a neck harness.
