This happened very local to me and i knew the people involved.

There is talk that a DVD will be handed out to every test centre in wales.

That people caught genuinely drink driving (a good two or so times over the limit or something) should be hung by piano wire.

The limit should be like it is in some parts of europe, 0.2mg/l. Thats <1/2 Pint will put you over the limit. Cant stand drink drivers!

yeah, it was a C2 VTR

there was five people inside too

EDIT: Aparently It was found that it hit the tree between 93 and 98 mph after losing control up the road

ever since i've owned a scooter since the age of 16, now 18 with my car, i never touch a drink if im driving, and yet my mates dad got caught 2.5 times over the limit, could hardally stand. and we get the highest insurance premiums :s

The parents of the dead should be let loose on the driver.

Although, they were stupid enough to get in the car (yes, i realise that they might not have known the driver had been drinking....but i doubt it)
