Had a bit of a clear out all items are in newcastle upon tyne i would prefer collection but i can post most of the small items for a charge.

Yeah if you could measure mate,Only need it from around cat back. Its not going on an xe. Yes height and dampening adjustable should got a good 120mm

where was the ecu chipped ? what gains will it produce from ecu alone ?

Aint a clue who chipped it mate. The only real gains to be had just through experiance of a few chipped xe ecu's is they rev higher.
Tbh the price would be the same even if it was a standard ecu.
