the corsa im going to let has started it life as a 1.2 8v and has only done 66k heres some pics of car and some bits ave bought for it as engines getn rebuilt all work will be done by me over the next few weeks
corsa.

new rebuild parts and some goodies

verniers on head

some pipework for the turbo

engine almost stript

no ifs or but it will be done new mocal oil cooler on way oil catch tank and ally rad just picked up ma cris asley mounts should be done before jan

head back from machine shop today started honning the bores and removing carbon build up on the pistons and chemical cleant the block pics up tomoro forgot cam today

na m8t am still runnin a standard kkk on phase 2 eds strait after the rr dae its tubular n t3/4 should be good

I will be running standard kkk only mod will be a ttv flywheel. Will upgrade to phase 2,tubular and bigger turbo when weather improves

might no have car done for rr dae just going to save for turbo n get ma pulsar inlet sorted de carboned the pistons the dae got ma timing belt tensioners and tensioner guides as last ones were wrong
defo pics up tomoro as using gfriend cam and moans iff get dirty forgot to mension got full rebuild kit aswell and z20let head gasket waitn till get paid so can get some arp stuff !!

some more pics on progres the parts washer in work has been working overtime lol
pistons when a removed them

and after a good rince and light polish

the throttlebody after a clean

also cleand pickup pipe sandwich plate and dipstick holder

got some bits sand blasted and some bits primed only had enough bat on cam for one pic of manifold

will take more pics tomorow put the block on engine stand started to hone and de grease the internals and check the crank for wear might even take the valves out the head and start to do some head work

put block on engine stand to day thats all the internals dee graesed and cleand so will start by givn it a lite hone tomorow and might start to build it back up for the weekend (hopefully) as buisy doin dave mcs xe conversion thanks for the t3 m8t

I don't understand all the engine stuff but the car does look nice. Would quite like a silver Corsa but I'm a "white" boy at heart.

not updated in a while well engines all painted and clean had a wee trial to see wht engines going to look like


got some gmax coilover with heavy duty springs

wasn realy into putn my enigne into a silver corsa as love black so whent out yesterday and bought this

iff all goes to plan should have engine fully done before end of next week and have it in and runnin for next month
