10w 40 semi synthetic.
Not sure what the capacity is sorry, prob about 3-4L but just get a 5L tub and keep checking it as your putting it in.

Should be 3.5 Ltr with filter change and 15/40 would be better with higher mileage car.

Just keep putting 10w40 in, Mine use to bounce on the limiter everyday with 120k and never put a foot wrong. Just keep it fresh
3.5 litres btw. I would change it about every 4k (god knows why its only a xe engine  ) and with the 1.5 litres i would top it up as it would burn it all

3.5 litres is right but if your car has an aluminium sump it holds another quarter litre aswell
