I'm getting my flame jacket on, just in case.
Ill say this now, to be clear. Police are cracking down on drinking while driving more in this season than any other season. Also, people tend to drink more during this season, thus the extra police activity.
And no, haven't looked at the video, presuming its about police. Either that or its about accidents. I'm on my phone so can't view it.

just tell them you live in the area you are wanting to go driving in, and you have had something stolen from your shed. you should be able to driving around that area as fucked up as you want for atleast 10 days before any police are to be seen within a 5 mile radius of a real crime.
