As above..

This will be a HUGE longshot on here, But, I'm just curious really...

Its not on the insurance database and i think is Sorn'd - Recently maybe..

It was on saxperience about 18 Months back, but i'm unsure if its still about, written off, alive, dead etc..

W871BJX - Ford Focus ST Orange Furio with Engine Conversion etc.. was a big project thread on here..

This is what it looked like after parting company with myself not 100% there..

Would just be nice to know its history!

It only means its uninsured...
Unless its been written off (Again), seems a bit odd to have scrapped it!

Before the accident.. Up for sale:

and then the day it sold.. This happened....

Whatever posessed me to repair a Cat C Write off i don't know.. but i was happy with it in the end - I never finished it 100%, as was offered an Audi A3 Turbo for it, so let her go!

In the long term, i'd have regretted the sale the first time, where as second time, i never felt the same about the car, so i suppose its a good thing its moved on - Just be nice to track her down again!

Why bother tracking it down, its a shit car anyway and then it was made worse by being crashed, should have scrapped it the first time.

I meant me insult, ohh never mind.

It would seem your old car is no longer with us, and to be honest it did look good in the first lot of pics.

You would have saved yourself the time and effort of making a thread if you had checked the DVLA website and askmid to see if it was sorn/written off/(un)insured.

Never mind..

Its not on the Insurance Datebase and the Tax status is Blank, with an expiry date of November / December 2010 so clearly if Sorn'd its recent..

I would HPi it, but i'm not paying to find out that some yob bought it for a fiver and then rolled it into a hedge..

An HPi will already show as written off, as I cat C'd it anyway... but that was back in September 07..

Might have a plate on, yeah

It is electric Orange mate, only thing is, the guy at the paintshop was a prick and told us the wrong combo's etc for coats - We tried on some other bits after with different numbers of layers of each stage etc and it came out spot on up against an ST...

Its amazing what different numbers of coats can do!

Mate that'd be good - Its probably up towards your way from here too...

Was it a Mk2?

If you could get a plate, that'd be awesome too

Its possible, as its Sorn'd recently, so would still be about in a scrappy..
