I had a look at fixing this and its a bit of a nightmare. The poll system is some old programming code that we inherited many years ago from the original message board software. Its completely shonky and open to abuse but I don't really have the time to sort it.

Not only would it require rewriting but every previous poll would need to be rewritten to the message board database with votes in the new format. Graft.

I may well have a few coding all nighters over Christmas and sort it but its fairly low down the list.
