the clearance with the suspension legs will depend on the camber, the tyre width and how low it is

if the wheels are that good, buy them and make them fit.

what car are they for?

I'm assuming this is for a Z3, a 2.8 one?

OK, listen to yourself. 2.8 engine must produce into 200bhp, I don't know off the top of my head. From your previous car I assume you don't drive slowly.

Would you want the 20 bolts that hold you to the road be wobbly? Would you want the wheels that hold you to the road to be the incorrect size?

So they sound soo attractive now?

10.5 wide front and rear? the fronts will never fit properly and the rears would need to be spaced out alot

if you're going to change the lips then take into account the cost of them, plus low profile tyres. you could end up spending alot of money on them..

the design of the wheel is completely wrong for the blocky slab sided vectra, thats why the ch's you posted work because they have a flat face and the spokes extend to the edge of the rim which makes them blend in nicely, with the schmidts on you would notice the rims then car as they would look out of place. I don't want to sound like I'm being negative for the sake of it but the schmidts are an aweful looking wheel.

I don't think them wheels would suit the Vectra TBH, and they look like Venoms

That silver one however looks the mutts nuts on the CH's

Why not go for a set of BBS CH reps like whats on the above??Pretty sure i read somewhere on here that they can be had for £400.

Or try pick up a set of BBS RX's like what came on the Astra Coupe 100th Edition.I just sold a near mint set for £200 W/O tyres. They wouldve looked nice on the Vec.

Or even a set of Snowflakes.

P.S good choice for the new car.
