I have been building my corsa b now for a couple of months and i thought id better start putting a bulid thread on here. so here it is
life for my cosa b started out as a 1.2 16v w reg that had been vandalised and painted some vw colour.
ive always had the an idea of putting a big lump in it and it wasnt untill i knew i was goin to afghan that i decided to turbo it. so i sourced a let. i wasnt origanally goin to get a let before i left but the 1 ive got poped up and i had to jump at the opertunity.belive it or not this lump came out of a vw jetta.
late style let with;
costcast head
eds phase 2 chip and boost controler
uprated atuator
standard turbo
f28 with quaiff diff
a few extras that i thought would be good

not bad for a freebie
thats about it for now. project sort of slowed due too the weather. hopefully pick up again soon when i find a unit

can get pladtic ones easily but i want a metal one like that above, looks metal anyway as looks raised letters, plastic are just a sticker.
is urs metal drs?

yeah mine is metal. m8 has got 1 on nova and just had to have it. the engine came with black plastic 1. thats now on my m8s mk4 sri with redtop in it lol.

ok, done some more to the car today. mounted the intercooler and plumbed it all it. bumper has been cut out and all mounted. sorry about the black, it just that the bumper was caribic blue and the bonnet orange so wanted so it wasnt a puller untill i get a respray.

Yeah normally do. Up there in a silver bmw estate lately though as the corsa is out of mot.

so u was the guy racing the nova gte and 2 1.8 turbo golfs sunday. thats me and my m8s. i was in the silver golf. small world.
im using a ebay tx autosport intercooler.
