I dropped my car into the garage this morning to get it serviced, at which point I was asked if I would like the oil and filter to be changed The man explained to be that the 55,000/3 Year service doesn't include an oil change; I'm guessing they change the air and pollen filters but it seems strange to neglect the oil...

I wonder why it's like that.

They've been very reasonable in the past. Might just have been tricking me into a false sense of security though and bam, this one will bankrupt me
