I used to have an LED wired into heater control panel that blinks for my alarm, however since engine change it no longer works? its plugged into the alarm box I have checked.
WHat could it be? anyway to test the led itself? I know they usually last ages before they go? if not any alternatives to wiring it in?
Really need it blinking alot of cars being broken into in area I know if someone is going to break in they will, but adds a deterrant

tried it yet then mate? also if you are SO worried about break ins...get a crook lock, most people think if they have an alarm they are safe....but if a professional gets hold of your car, alarm or no, they will take it away and sell each bit for spares.
