I hate anyone that goes out in fancy dress.

I never have, and never will.

I think you've misunderstood, they just want you to wear a mask.

My brother proposed to his wife in a storm-troopers outfit (cost a fortune as it was moulded from one of the original suits and was shipped in from California. Lucas put a stop to all of that about a year after he got it, so there only a handful about) on New Years Eve, true story

But yeah, fancy dress isn't really my cuppa either....

They are still selling them, Lucas lost a court battle not too long ago against the guy who designed/made the originals and who was making the copies.

I only like fancy dress if it's a proper fancy dress party. Not too keen on seeing people going out on Broad Street on a Thursday night in random fancy dress when they're just visiting the bars and clubs there.

Really? I thought lucas won the case, as there was loads of people up in arms about it. Saying that though this was 10years ago when he got it. Although i'm not sure i would have spent the cash (think it was around the £1k mark) as you still had to build parts of it (like the helmet, bits of the belt) which was fiddly as hell, and it isn't that comfortable to wear (you have to take panels off if you want to bend your legs/arms etc).
