If not Cole which other LB? I think Cole gets it by default as there hasn't been many decent LB's about.

I can't think at the moment, certainly not Evra as hes only been over here the second half of this decade.

I do. Gerrard is way better than Fat Frank.

Zola was brilliant, but by no means a clinical striker. Van Nistelrooy scored more goals in his first two seasons, than Zola did over 7. Not too sure on Rio either. He has always been prone to a mistake. I'd have Stam before I had him! But again, he wasn't there that long either.

Zola and Friedel are the only 2 i'd have an issue with probably, there haven't really been any stand out left backs other than Cashley.

Was he THAT good though? And now that I think about it, I'd have Zola out and Shearer in. Can't believe he wouldn't be included. Having just checked, he played up til 2006, and was still thumping them in. Best English striker in a LONG time.

59 PL goals in 7 years isn't exactly team of the decade material.

Well he cost 18m and 30m, so he's up there. And yeah, Zola out and RVN or Shearer in.

Shearer and possibly Given in for me.

I'd rather see Evra over Cashley aswell, regardless of how long he's been in the league.

To replace who?

Shearer is better than both Bergkamp and Rooney.
