Ive got a bit porky over winter, so Im going to try as of monday to get back in some sort of shape
I have a holiday to malia with the lads booked for june 22nd so I have the motivation
I know the nutritional stuff, I just need a training plan thats going to bulk me up
I was thinking
Monday: Chest / Biceps
Wednesday: Back / Tris
Friday: Shoulders/ Traps / Legs
I just need some hard hitting excersises that will bulk me up a bit
I did get in a bit of shape early this year, I was lifting alot more than I ever have and put a bit of size on but the size gain was minimal
any training tips you have fire away

go for all the big compound excercises. Deadlifts, Squats, Hang cleans, bench press, weighted dips and pull ups
