Check your insurance before thinking about what to buy next, you might end up buying a car you cant insure for less than £2000.

sorry to hear about your accident, i hope you are ok.
and may I just say, if you have only been driving for 3 months (I'm not saying the crash is your fault), is it wise to get a speedy 1.6 engine considering your lack of experience in driving. Try a 1.4 or something first, work your way up, plus check out the insurance prices online for 1.6 vehichles first. Insurance is a bit of a cunt.

I dont think you read it rite mate, he was sat at a set of traffic lights on red with 2 other cars at front, he couldn't help that a car hit him from behind when he was at a stand still at a set of lights

If you read my post I said I'm not saying the accident is his fault as I know it's not his. Putting ALL that aside, he said he has only had his license 3 months...I'm saying maybe get some more driving experience before getting in a VTS or GSI etc..

true point, as i have expeienced before i've managed to get quotes online but when i contacted the insurer they turned me down due to lack of experience, i reckon you will find someone who will insure you but you might have to be prepared to pay alot
