Vauxhall Astra 1982 X-reg mk1 5 door hatch, MSA Competition log booked for Stage Rallying, Sprints and Hill climbs. Only selling as I have nearly finished my Nova rally project so the Astra needs to go. I have owned the car for nearly 6 years during which I have spent many many hours on the car. The basic specification is as follows:

Requires Warning Triangle available on ebay for £3.35 delivered and 2.0 litre hand held AFF Extinguisher available from Peter Lloyd Rallying for £25 including VAT as I removed these for the Nova then the car really is ready to rally. Also please note the shift light and intercom are not included though pictured.
I have been competing in Single Venue Tarmac Events and had a lot of fun learning in this car. I have had a 100% finishing record and therefore beaten a lot more expensive cars. Car has been used up until October 2009 and has been garaged since. Please remember this is a rally car so does have some "competition" scars, mainly the dents on drivers side doors pictured and the paint finish isn't great but I would like potential buyers to view the car.
