need a program to limit when my children have access to the router so that they can't get on line after 12 on netbooks laptops ps3 psp and desktps

Check the router. On the Sagem one i have from Sky allows me to assign a mac address to an IP and that IP specific time slots.

My linksys (pile of shit) router has the option to restrict access to certain MAC address at selectable times of the day. Its under "Access and Restrictions" tab on the router set up.
