i have a sport on a r reg
Has had new cam belt and full service..
Starts then dies has a flat spot 2
Changed the coil pack 3 times today and checked if fuel getting threw

Feul is getting threw and the spark is there so i dont now

Some 1 mentioned crank sensor
Any ideas please

Its in the garage tomorrow for diagnostics

Hopfuly this can be sorted

Any1 have a clue thanks

no mate its been on the diagnostics today replaced fuel pump and sensors and stuff still not running think its sumin to do with the immobiliser :@

Not sure if it will be the immobiliser as you wudn't get a current going down the exciter wire.
Sure the timing is set up correctly due to change of belt? Hasn't skipped a tooth or anything?

Quite often the immobiliser immobilises the fuel pump, so you wouldnt have fuel going through.

tryed all that tje garage just got back to me now and said they replace feul pump and filter and coil and uda stuff still not running and the timing is correct?? It was running fine then died

May have slipped.

Get the cover off, check the tension of the belt then check the timing marks and make sure it's still lined up propperly.

Either that of when the belts been done, a sensor has been disturbed or a wire and it's just came undone.

checked that mate its fine wen it dose start u can rev it hard and its great but wen uu drive it and gwts to 3000 revs dies

probably wont be the problem but when mi bros car started and then would die after bout 10seconds his fuse box was corroded and that was on a brand new corsa D

try the camshaft sensor as i know on some cars crank and cam sensors run off the same signal so say for instance the computer says crank sensor signal could actually be cam sensor mate worht a try to check mate

paper clip tesy has come up woth cam'sensor that got replaced today

So the other 1 is crank shaft sensor so we just had a lil look and guess wat its snapped off hahaha will be running tomorrow 100 percent now im happy cheers guys much apreiated

replaced mate i have replaced every sensor so i could find out wat was rong lol cost me 70 quid and it still wasnt running and i took it to a local garage

They didnt fix it just charged me for new parts
Then did paper clip test pmsl sorted now i hope updated tomorrow

ino mate its a joke onli got the car couple days ago but its so tidy no rust all color coded and is getting lowerd 80mm thurs woth white fans and blak depos also got my pods look sweet if tje car wont run then breaking it and gonna run a 1.2 and take the hole lot of the sport apart from the shitty engine
