So with Sky+ HD you can watch and hear what the current channel is screening even when you are looking through the listings? I might actually upgrade to HD if thats the case

Bit of a pain you can't program it as 995 or something, instead of having to go through the guide, but shouldn't be on there at all, so can't complain really

After you install the channel do you leave the frequency etc or do you change it back ?

Just leave it, you only change it to tune in that channel.
And I prefer the new guide, the ability to scan what's on while you're watching stuff still is a big improvement, and get info on forthcoming shows instead of having to use the EPG.

new guide is exceelnt - although can be very slow at times
And still get sound issues - sometimes very loud other times very low - thats watching the same program
Also I am sure Normal sky sports (Ch 401) is a lower resolution on sky hd boxes as no way was the picture that bad before
Its like they are trying to emphase how good HD is
Granted it is much better in HD

The new guide is better but annoys me when it's being slow. I don't use the HD box much though so it's ok.
It can be a bit annoying when a stupid advert like the Go Compare one comes on and you hit TV Guide out of habit and you can still hear it

It's obviously designed to have the same lifespan as the previous guide - when that was designed a massive TV had a 20" screen and I think that my 32" could be considered small by todays standards.

This also annoys me:
No, no Fiats attempts at putting a satnav in a car, but the lack on listings.
