Our office has just moved, and we need to send a mailshot to all our clients to let them you know we have relocated. We have over 2000 contacts to send out too.
Is there a cheap and/or free way to do this?
If we tried it ourselves through outlook could the ISP block a bulk mail out?
There seems to companies out there that provide this sort of service, anyone reccomend any?
Thanks

You should be able to do it ok, normaly the cut off for bulk emails is around 4000 contacts.
give it a go or just do it in 500 chunks easy then and it wont cripple your server

Good luck with not being blocked, and your IP blacklisted...I would just use a company that specialises in bulk emailing.

I used to use "Constant Contact" when I had to do it for my old company. Can't remember the costs involved, it was all in $'s that's all I can remember!
