Looking to upgrade my windows vista premium 32 bit to windows 7 ultimate 32 bit. Is it worth it? and how easy it?
What am i likely to lose program wise?
Just after some info for anyone who's done it etc

Don't install over the top of Vista - format the hard drive and do a clean install.

i did exactly the same and put everything i needed to save onto an external hard drive. Now i have windows 7, it runs very smooth, by far the best OS windows has.

think i'll leave it, took me about 7-8 hours to sort out itunes and can't be bothered with that again.
