I was with them for about 8 years, left last year after having enough of there poor customer service, messing my bills up and just being a pain to work with.

no probs with them for 10 years now. always had issues sorted out straight away too.

Parents were with them a few years, although Voda would constantly be bodgy bills and overcharging and then taking months to credit accounts. It took them a few months to try and cancel the contracts...
I have a Voda PAYG sim for when i can't get a signal on my Orange or O2 sims, rarely gets used tbh.

Can't say I've had any problems with Voda within the 15months i've been with them. Suffered with bad signal at work and they sorted me out with half price line rental. Signal is better here now though
