Anyone else ever had this injury, it basicly affects the top of your shoudler, my injury was caused by playing cricket and throwing a discus. I have had this for about 2 years but only when I play either sport. I was just wondering if anyone else had this injury and if so how did you heal the injury.

Like jake says it will always plague you, however if you go and see a good strength/conditioning coach then they can give you mobility drills and exercises to perform that will make it much better.
