Old man picked us up on friday night, and he's got a new toyota corolla 1.8 16v. Borrirng. But then he says its got the VVTi 190 (189)bhp Toyota Celica engine in it, full leather interior etc.
Opinion, well, i still think they lack torque, and the VVT just doesn't kick in long enuff. 6000-8000rpm, dont half feel it kick in though. 6 speed g-box. Was impressed. Never even knew they put these engines in them.
Dislikes, someone shoot the guy who designs the dashs. Bright red dash/dials, and the centre of the dash/radio etc, was green. Worst light up dash i've ever seen though.
0-60 in 6.4 and 140mph top end. I was quite impressed.
Noisy on motorways though

7.5 sounds more like it. Thought 6.4 was a little fast
Not much torque no, but it pulled into the tripal digit speeds pretty quickly.
