Basically.....

Bought a leather sofa and took the insurance £100

Leather ripped and was fucked after 18mths useage.

Made a claim on the insurance which was declined as they said i am not coverd.

1 year later and the FOS have just sided with me and the company have offerd £700 Harveys voucher or £350 cash

my couch is fucked, recliner is broken but Land of leather is no longer so im pretty much fucked its propped up wiht 2 bits of wood

You getting harveys vouchers for new couch or just pocketing the cash
