what are you connecting to the optical input? Worth bearing in mind that at the budget you are looking for i would be surpised if it could hanlde DTS audio over the optical in which could be an issue if you plan to watch DVD's from an external input
edit: tha panasonic one you posted is one my boss bought a few weeks back and does exactly as i menitoned which means his PS3 can only output Dolby which is ok for games but not some films her has 'purchased'. However the inbulit DVD player is good and can play DTS and DD over the inbulit DVDplayer and it was a very good bit of kit for the money, however he got his for £75 when he purchased his panny TV from comet, i think £200 is a bit steep

Can your £200 budget be stretched?

Might be alright for games, but for listening to music or films i wouldn't touch these with a 10ft barge pole, they sound fecking awful! The bass is flabby and just muds the field, the mid's disappear and the treble is way over the top and is painful after long periods. And Logitech rip you a new one for the privilege
That Panny package is meant to be ok for the price, but as said look at the Sony range, £200 is a pretty tight budget though.
