nearly ran out of my la muscle 10kg pack (5kg of weight gain/5kg of protein)

anyone know any decent protein to get next? i was looking at the reflex whey (black tub, chrome sticker)

i have myprotein stuff that gets good reviews.

Until 9th, myprotein have a special on there true whey at 21.99 instead of 27.99. I usually use phd though, off eBay it's around 33 quid

i got plenty of mates that only take it n they look ok bout 14 stone toned just a decent size.. if i wanted to gain size n repair muscles fast id use protien... im not even using anything at the moment just natural food/water intake and plenty of it

So, are you acheiving 1.5-2g of protien to lb of bodyweight per day?

If so then fair enough you dont need the protein, but getting that amount isnt easy or cheap

taking creatine on its own seems stupid to me, one because it wont really make any difference to your training plan, secondly its not proven to even help you with training or lifting heavier. In most cases its it just a placebo effect. If it makes you think like your lifting better then crack on

i know theres no gains to it as it just stores water in your muscles....... and dan i eat a good 3 meals a day... breakfast cereal..lunch normaly tuna or pasta. jacket taty or sumething tea a full meal and ill usualy just snack inbetween with fruit and stuff and plenty of water... i only just started going to gym again begin of jan

Hardly any protein then. You need to up your meals to 4/5/6 a day. Increase protein intake to 1.5g per lb of bodyweight minimum and ull see much better gains

Yeah tbh thats fuck all protein in the diet.

If anything switch the creatine for protein and it'll be 10x better for you.

no am not taking any supplements at all i was just saying if i did it would be that ive had protien before when i first start at gym 3 , 4 years ago but i just cba with it i didnt see any effect watsoever and i was on it 6 months apart from muscles repaired faster.. i saw lots of gain on my stomach but it looked like it wasnt* been distributed anywere else like the arms :s
