cant believe this, such a messer!!

saying he paid a few people back and he was going to refund me about 2 weeks ago, then danny said he wont be on for a few weeks down to him moving house

wasnt going to bother with the police, because as people know there just a waste of time in most cases..

how hard is it to click a few buttons to send the cash back via bank transfer..

Phone him and ask him to sort it out today, otherswise police will be involved.

Address? Send him a recorded letter, saying to get in contact and put the money in your bank that day.

If two days passes he hasn't done it. Police it is....

i havnt got his contact number or address..

i should have got his contact number but there was no need to get his address as i was buying (so he only needed mine)

You allways get address and number even if you're just buying, incase a situation like this arises, and now you can't do anything but sit at home scratching your arse as you only have the guys name.
