can anyone tell me where the small hose next to the oil pick up pipe on the x16xe rockercover goes to?

If it's pointing inwards towards the spark plugs then it needs to be connected into your vacuum network.

no its not the small 3mm port on the top of the rocker cover , its the 10mm hose right next to your oil pick up hose just left of the coil

there are 2 thick hoses next to the dip stic they are crank case breatheres.
There is one on the top of the cam cover which can just be vented to air.

Best bet is get a pic up so we know what your going on about.
