I have a x16xe and im looking for a set of cams, now i have found a good company which i can get them from and they do range in what they list

Fast Road at 270 degrees
Competition 290 degrees
Race 300 degress

Now i have standard pistons, i 100% in thinking anything or 270 degrees that i will require pocketted pistons etc.

Can someone confirm please, and will the fast road cams listed above be suitable

I wount be fitting them until i have ARP bolts, and a suitable ECU to be mapped (Raised limiter etc)

264, mite get away wit 270 if they have a lower lift than usual so can use stock pistons.
